Dr. Phan Vu Hai, currently serving as Head of the Bio-Lab at the Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, Vietnam, is a distinguished veterinary researcher with extensive contributions to animal health and sustainable livestock production.
