Dr. Christopher Lomas is an accomplished psychotherapist, educator, and researcher currently serving as the Head of Therapy and Programme at Delamere Health, the UK’s leading evidence-based behavioural change facility. He holds an MSc in Advanced Counselling and Psychotherapy (with Supervision) with Distinction from the University of Salford and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Derby, along with several postgraduate diplomas in Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Clinical Respiratory Psycho-Physiology. His primary research interests lie in psychotherapy, trauma treatment, neuropsychoanalysis, addiction recovery, and the integration of neuroscience into therapeutic frameworks. Dr. Lomas has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to advancements in psychotherapeutic practice and the application of neurobiological principles in counselling.
